ED Hours: 10am-6pm, 9am-5pm Saturday/Sunday/holidays Urgent Care Hours: 12pm-8pm Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday/Sunday/holidays Weekend rotation - 18 weekends per year Holidays: Some holidays required Fairview Lakes Medical Centeris a65 licensed bed facility and 24 bed ED Level IV Trauma Center Department sees an average of 77 patients per day Annual Emergency Department volumes: 28,000 Approximately 15% of the Emergency Department visits are pediatrics Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) Community Information M Health Fairview Lakes Medical Center | M Health Fairview.
