As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Berkely, MI. Job Responsibilities

The Relationship Banker Business Specialist will:

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Proactively manage leads and generate referrals, leveraging knowledge of bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new households.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch, working with a range of partners to meet client needs.
• Differentiate the client experience through advanced conversation skills, delivering tailored solutions aligned with clients' holistic needs.
• Work with the branch team to identify and create referrals for consumer and business banking opportunities.
• Create client loyalty and grow client share of wallet through a differentiated client experience.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Work Experience
