Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient clinic team in Lawton, OK. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, hands-on care to a diverse patient population while working in a collaborative, clinician-focused environment. Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence-based physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50-55 patient visits per week (10-12 patients per day)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in continuous learning, mentorship, and clinical development activities
• Build strong patient relationships and promote a positive care experience

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered, compassionate care

Experience Requirements

• New graduates are welcome for permanent positions
• Minimum 1 year of experience required for travel roles
