America's Gold Company is expanding its sales team in West Palm Beach and looking for motivated, ambitious professionals who want more than an ordinary job. Build a serious career in the physical gold and silver industry with comprehensive training, ongoing support and uncapped earning potential.

$3,000 per month during training

UNCAPPED commissions

30-DAY performance reviews

WHAT WE PROVIDE

• Fresh, in-house-generated leads — no cold calling
• Salesforce CRM, proven scripts and follow-up systems
• Complete company sales training manual
• Live coaching, call reviews and ongoing in-house training
• Opportunity to advance from opener to closer based on individual performance and skills

THE ROLE

• Contact company-provided leads who requested information
• Build rapport, identify interest and qualify prospective customers
• Transfer qualified prospects to senior sales representatives
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in Salesforce
• Meet company activity standards and participate in coaching and training

The training program includes performance reviews every 30 days. Continued participation and promotion are based on individual performance, skills and improvement.
