About the Role As a Parts Counter Professional, youll be the friendly face our customers rely on helping them find the right parts, answering questions, and keeping operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, customer-first role thats perfect for someone who enjoys being helpful and is eager to learn.

What Youll Do Help customers find the right parts and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service
Process orders accurately and efficiently using our inventory and POS systems
Pull and prepare inventory for pickup or delivery
Support your teammates and pitch in during busy periods
Keep the store organized and running smoothly

What You Bring A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to learn
Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work weekends on a rotating schedule
Valid drivers license and must be 18+
Prior auto parts experience is a plus but absolutely not required
