Care Plans: Implement and follow treatment plans established by the supervising PT. Timely Documentation: Chart patient progress and treatment responses accurately and efficiently. PT Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate patient status regularly with the supervising PT. What You Need: License: Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License.
