Oasis Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Full Time, Experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing, tight knit group of like-minded veterinary professionals. We work together as a team to provide the best possible care to our clients and patients. We love what we do and are looking for a candidate who shares our passion for providing quality client service and a high standard of patient care.

Oasis Veterinary Hospital is a progressive practice that believes in work life balance. We offer a 4 four-day workweek with  NO WEEKENDS!  We have 8 paid holidays per year. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision and a 401K. At Oasis the leadership team believes in open management. Ideas from all team members are encouraged and respected.

We are an AAHA Accredited Hospital whose practice consists of approximately 50% exotics (Reptiles, small mammals & avian) and 50% cats and dogs. We utilize the latest medical technology and software to enhance our standard of care. We pride ourselves on constantly improving our level of patient and client care and seek individuals that are motivated to contribute to that goal. We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist with the following skills and qualifications:

• Greeting patients and clients
• Client communication
• Checking patients/clients in and out
• Appointment confirmations
• Record scanning
• Ability to multi-task in a multi-doctor practice
• Excellent customer service skills (phone and in person)
• Scheduling of appointments
• Positive attitude with a sense of humor is a must
• Good communication skills with both colleagues and clients
• A passion for veterinary medicine
