Provider Enrollment Support II Location: Jackson, MI Reports to: Manager of Provider Enrollment FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Full-Time or Part-Time: Full Time Salary Range: $19 $23/hour Starting pay varies based on location and experience, in compliance with specific state wage regulations. Position Overview: The Provider Enrollment Support II is a mid-level role responsible for handling more complex aspects of the enrollment process, such as resolving issues, processing renewals, and communicating directly with providers. This position requires advanced problem-solving skills and familiarity with payer requirements and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Verify and submit provider credentials to ensure they meet payer requirements. Handle complex enrollment applications, including renewals and updates. Follow up with payers and escalate issues as necessary. Communicate with providers to obtain missing information and ensure compliance. Prepare and update detailed enrollment reports. Provide support to junior team members and assist in training as needed. Stay informed of payer-specific regulations and deadlines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in provider enrollment or credentialing in the healthcare industry Strong communication skills, both verbal and written High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision This description is intended to provide only basic guidelines for meeting job requirements.
