Salary/Payrate: $120-200k annually, bonus and AWESOME benefits!!!

Job Description:

 

AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Collections Attorney with experience managing construction liens to join one of its clients in the Memorial area. The ideal candidate will have at least between 1 and 7 years of experience managing a docket of litigation matters from inception to trial. This candidate will have experience manaiging a docket of matters in litigation with minimal supervision. 

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

• Managing discovery; 
• Communicating with clients;
• Managing billable hours;
• Taking and defending depositions;
• Trial attendance/ trial preparation;
• Motion drafting;

 

Experience:

• 1+ years of litigation experience with a preferred background in collections.
