What You’ll Do Conduct escrow closings for residential purchases and refinance transactions. Prepare accurate settlement statements and all related closing documentation. Fund refinance transactions closed remotely as well as fund the refi and purchase closings conducted in-house. Provide exceptional client service from contract to keys, ensuring every party leaves with a smile. What You Bring 2+ years of experience as an escrow closer. Active Notary and Title Insurance License. Proficiency in MS Office; SoftPro experience a plus. Strong relationship-building skills with clients and industry partners. A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and a team-player mindset. Genuine care for making clients’ big moments special – you bring warmth and empathy to every transaction, even under pressure.
