About Us:
New Horizon Shutters is a leading manufacturer of high-end exterior shutters. We're seeking an experienced painter to join our team and contribute to our commitment to quality and excellence.
We're looking for a skilled and experienced commercial painter who is proficient in using a spray gun. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. If you're a team player with a passion for delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you! Responsibilites:
- Apply paint and coatings to shutters using a spray gun.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including some sanding and using spray fill.
- Mix paints and additives to achieve desired drying properties and finish.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a commercial painter
- Proficiency in using a spray gun and other painting equipment
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety protocols
- Ability to lift heavy shutters up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
