Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to our customers. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels. This position is onsite, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved

• Stay up to date on company products, services, and procedures

• Contribute to team efforts and support overall customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems (preferred)
