Crawford Gas – Pod 352 Repair Job Overview Associates will utilize various tools such as an orbital sander, bench grinder, welding torch, and more to repair worn bolt holes, weld cracks, sand and grind parts to a smooth finish, and restore the head to new condition. Using a computer, the individual will order new parts to replace which are not salvageable. This position requires a detail‑oriented, computer‑literate individual with problem‑solving skills and preferred TIG and stick welding experience. Schedule Monday - Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm Qualifications Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand or walk for an entire shift (approximately 8–10 hours). Ability to use handheld tools such as gauges, impact wrenches, and drills. Standing: frequently Walking: occasionally Sitting: never Stooping (forward leaning): occasionally Reaching/working overhead: occasionally Salary and Benefits Starting rate $20.00 per hour Multiple performance reviews within the first two years, with the possibility of multiple wage increases.
