Help keep the technology behind better care running smoothly.

As a Computer Imaging Technician , you’ll play an important role in supporting the technology our teams rely on every day. You’ll help prepare and maintain computers, support IT asset management, and provide entry-level technical troubleshooting for employees working both on-site and remotely. Your work helps our teams stay connected, productive, and focused on the people and communities we serve.

• Deploy Windows images to desktop and laptop computers.
• Assist with IT hardware inventory and asset management.
• Coordinate and perform technology upgrades and repairs.
• Provide entry-level troubleshooting and technical support to on-site and remote users.
• Work toward established service levels and performance expectations.
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance at the assigned office location.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School/GED preferred

• Enjoy working with computers and technology and are comfortable learning new systems.
• Approach technical challenges with curiosity, patience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Provide friendly, dependable support and communicate clearly with others.
