• Pay Rate: $31.00+/hour (Based on experience) + Benefits
• Shift: Days
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts
• Available Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift
• Preferred Schedules: Sunday–Wednesday and Wednesday–Saturday
• Weekend: Required
• On-Call: Yes; details will be discussed during the interview
• Shift Differential: Available

Position Overview

We are seeking Radiologic Technologists – X-Ray to provide mobile diagnostic imaging services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other assigned locations throughout the Lexington, KY area.

This position is ideal for a Radiologic Technologist who enjoys working independently, interacting with a variety of patients, and providing bedside diagnostic services in different healthcare settings.

-> Key Responsibilities

• Perform and process X-ray examinations using portable Digital Radiography (DR) or Computed Radiography (CR) equipment.
• Obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-ray images.
• Safely transport and unload portable X-ray equipment and bring it into assigned healthcare facilities.
• Perform examinations ordered by physicians and transmit completed studies to Radiologists for interpretation.
• Perform EKGs as needed, when applicable, and transmit results to Cardiologists for interpretation.
• Complete and scan exam-related paperwork and billing documentation according to company procedures.
• Maintain regular communication with dispatch and management.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, facility staff, coworkers, supervisors, and clients.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle and X-ray equipment.
• Follow all applicable safety, operational, and patient-care procedures.

-> Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification – Required
• Maintain all required state licenses, certifications, health requirements, and operational requirements.
• Valid driver's license in the applicable state with a good current driving record – Required
• COVID-19 vaccination is required. Candidates requesting an exemption must provide appropriate supporting documentation.
• Limited license is not accepted.
• Ability to work independently in a mobile healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-> Physical Requirements

This is a physically active mobile position.

• Radiologic Technologists may need to push or pull equipment weighing approximately 50–100 lbs.
• Vehicle ramps and pulley systems may reduce the amount of force required when transporting equipment.
• Moving equipment inside healthcare facilities or homes may require additional physical effort.
• Approximately 50 lbs. of force or more may be required 16–24 times per day .
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
