Oskar is a global eCommerce leader and consultant with 16 years of experience leading digital transformation for global, mid-size, and start-up organizations, including Kellogg’s, Mondelez, Kimberly-Clark, and other Fortune 500 companies. Chris is the generator on a mission to empower Leaders of Change to win in digital commerce and beyond. As a CPG eCommerce practitioner and advisor, he has led the eCommerce strategy, capabilities, activation, and education at RB, WellPet, Kellogg’s, and other top CPGs. Now, Oskar, Chris, and Liza (Team Lead at Firstmovr) are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Image Graphic Designer to join them for an approximately 6-month project with a Fortune 500 CPG/FMCG company. This role entails the creation of lifestyle images for toothpaste products utilizing AI technology, specifically focusing on the toothpaste tube and complementary elements. Responsibilities: Utilize AI tools such as Dall-e & Midjourney to generate up to 500 lifestyle images focusing on toothpaste tubes and associated elements per month. The access & subscription for the AI tools will be provided. Implement Photoshop skills to refine and enhance AI-generated images, incorporating brand elements, such as logos, onto generated images as needed. Please note that you should have your own subscription to Photoshop. Uphold image quality standards and align with specifications for website placement. Interact with stakeholders globally, ensuring effective communication and understanding of varied requirements. Qualifications: Fluent English - you'll constantly communicate with native English speakers in the US, so we don't want to see or hear any mistakes. Excellent attention to detail – you are used to double-checking everything and can quickly notice the slightest mistake. Proficiency in Photoshop for image refinement and overlaying. Design background with a portfolio showcasing design expertise. Interest or experience in AI technology is beneficial. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Flexibility to accommodate time zone differences for meetings and calls. Organizing skills - you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and don't want any minute to go to waste. Strong self-reliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations. You'll surely have a manager with whom you'll be working closely but still, you need to be independent. Working hours: You should be ready to work from 9 am to 6 pm New York time daily (EST Time Zone - check your time difference) to overlap with firstmovr's team and the managers from the client's side.
