We executed newly build projects, renovations, extensions as well as interior projects.:1, make business plans, collect business information, business development, open up new sales channels;2, responsible for contact and negotiation with foreign customers, contract projects;3, responsible for the business work, tasks distribution, and to guide the design, the budget and the construction, etc.4, review the foreign language data, ensure the accuracy of budget, contract etc.5, in the course of project construction, communicate with the foreign owners timely and effectively, for the requirements and questions from foreign owners;6, tracking customer timely, for after sales work 7, responsible for the regular training of company business department and staff.8, responsible for project payment.(login to view this job position)Best regardsHR
