General Manager

Overview

Get Air Trampoline Park in Virginia Beach is looking for a General Park Manager! At Get Air, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that’s all about fun. You will lead a team that creates lasting memories for customers by providing a safe, healthy, and fun family experience.

With more than 60 locations throughout the United States, Canada, Belgium, and Japan, Get Air combines wall‑to‑wall trampolines, ninja obstacle courses, foam pits, trampoline dodgeball, and more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all park operations.
• Manage, hire, and train employees.
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators to increase park profitability.
• Clean and maintain equipment and the building.
• Order operating supplies from vendors.
• Handle customer service issues.
• Control park expenses.
• Market the business to community members.

Qualifications

• Decision making, oral and written communication, conflict management, customer service, and organization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or two or more years of management experience.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, including major holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

The General Park Manager can expect to earn up to $85,000/year ($65,000–$75,000 base salary plus tips, bonuses, and commissions). We offer health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k), and paid holidays with many opportunities for growth within the company.
