Senior Treasury Analyst

Senior Accountant – Treasury & Corporate Accounting Location: Fort Collins, CO (Onsite) Schedule: Full-time, in-office Position Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to support a diverse portfolio of business entities in a dynamic, multi-company environment. This position blends traditional corporate accounting with treasury responsibilities, providing exposure to cash management, banking relationships, debt administration, financial reporting, and multi-entity accounting. Working closely with accounting leadership, this individual will play a key role in managing daily cash activity, supporting month-end close, maintaining financial records, and helping ensure the organization's financial operations run efficiently. Key Responsibilities Treasury & Cash Management Monitor daily cash activity across multiple entities and financial institutions. Coordinate cash transfers and intercompany funding while maintaining appropriate documentation. Serve as a point of contact for routine banking matters and financial institutions. Assist with opening, maintaining, and updating bank, brokerage, and investment accounts. Monitor liquidity needs and support short-term cash forecasting. Maintain schedules for debt, credit facilities, and financing arrangements. Track loan obligations, interest payments, covenant requirements, and maturity dates. Maintain organized treasury records, banking documentation, and supporting files. Assist with investment activity reporting, reconciliations, and related accounting entries. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to treasury operations and internal controls. Corporate Accounting Prepare financial reports and cash flow reporting for management. Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including cash, debt, investments, and intercompany balances. Prepare journal entries and supporting reconciliations. Participate in monthly and annual close activities. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash planning efforts. Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for outside tax advisors. Support external audits and requests from lenders or other third parties. Help improve accounting procedures, documentation, and financial reporting processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with teams across accounting, finance, legal, tax, operations, and investments. Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive financial information. Contribute to operational efficiencies and scalable accounting practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Five or more years of progressive accounting experience. Experience with treasury operations, corporate cash management, or banking activities is highly preferred. Familiarity with managing multiple entities, intercompany accounting, and complex financial structures. Experience with debt schedules, loan administration, and financing documentation is a plus. Exposure to investment accounting or reporting is beneficial. Background in multi-entity organizations, private investment, real estate, wealth management, or family office accounting is preferred. Public accounting experience is advantageous. CPA designation or active pursuit of certification is preferred. Strong Excel skills are required. Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus. We're looking for someone who Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work.
