Assess daily patient care needs, create and distribute appropriate assignments, and ensure quality care delivery. Assess the effectiveness of patient care and identify issues impacting desired outcomes. Respond to and manage patient care complaints through established organizational channels. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experiencerequired.
