About the Position

A growing primary care practice is seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to join its Charlotte, North Carolina location in a newly created position beginning in mid-to-late 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to help expand a thriving practice while delivering personalized, relationship-focused primary care.

The incoming physician will have the opportunity to build and develop a new patient panel within a collaborative, physician-focused environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from a U.S. medical school
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized)
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (North Carolina licensure required prior to start)
• 3–20 years of Primary Care experience
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional longitudinal primary care

Compensation

• Base Salary: $200,000–$350,000 , based on experience
