Job Overview:
We are hiring numerous positions in Golf Course and Grounds Maintenance at The Wisconsin Country Club. All jobs are seasonal from April - November and our most heavily staffed shifts begin between 5:30 and 6:30 AM however positions can be flexible in shift duration and timing and range in frequency from 1 day per week to a full 40 hour work week. No experience is required, but any and all grounds, golf course, or landscaping experience is helpful.

• You will perform routine maintenance tasks including but not limited to: mowing, raking bunkers, leaf cleanup/blowing, and string trimming.
• You will learn to operate a variety of power tools, mowing equipment, hand tools, etc.
• There will be a variety of different jobs completed on a daily and weekly basis providing a fun but rewarding work environment where no two days are the same!

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and consistently.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Strict adherence to scheduled start times is expected.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
