Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in the surgical department, providing high-quality care to adult patients and minimal pediatric cases in an operating room setting.Shift DetailsShift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PMSchedule: 4 ten-hour shifts per weekWeekend Requirements: On-call for weekends, as neededCall Requirements: 7 days per month, including weekendsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care during surgical procedures in the operating room.Maintain a sterile environment and follow safety protocols.Assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery.Monitor patient vitals and respond to any changes during procedures.Collaborate with surgical teams and participate in planning and executing patient care.QualificationsCurrent RN licensure (ADN or BSN) required.Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Operating Room Nurse (OR experience is mandatory).Preferred skills in orthopedic or neuro procedures.Unit InformationNumber of Operating Room Beds: 13Patient Ratios: 1:1Equipment: Robotics (Da Vinci), Mako, Holmium Laser, Hana tableEHR: CernerAdditional InformationDress Code: Scrubs are provided; personal attire must comply with hospital laundering standards.Personality Fit: A collaborative, detail-oriented, and dedicated professional is ideal.Join us in making a difference in the operating room by providing exceptional care to our patients.
