What You'll Do Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and chats Schedule HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service appointments Create and update customer records Work with dispatch and technicians to keep schedules running smoothly Provide friendly, professional customer service Keep accurate notes and documentation in our CRM What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Organized with strong attention to detail Dependable and reliable Comfortable learning new technology Bonus Points ServiceTitan experience Call center or dispatch experience HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience No industry experience?
