Learn more about our .**Key Responsibilities**Lead quality and reliability activities throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and design through qualification, release, and sustaining.Apply, define, revise, and maintain requirements on parts/products against the quality and reliability standards, test methods, and acceptance criteria aligned with customer expectations and industry best practices.Drive Q&R engagement in product development, ensuring early identification and mitigation of reliability and quality risks.Perform FMECA. Develop and execute quality and reliability test plans, including environmental, mechanical, electrical, and operational stress testing - document CRAMS and partner with design engineering and suppliers.Lead or support Product Qualification Programs (PQP) at suppliers, including audits, readiness reviews, and qualification execution.Develop and apply reliability models, life-testing strategies, and ERAMS-based methodologies to predict and validate product robustnessAnalyze large datasets from field performance, operational metrics, and qualification testing to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.Leverage historical product and part-level performance data to drive design improvements and prevent repeat issues on new programs.Translate data insights into updated test requirements, design recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies.Coach, mentor, and train engineers and cross-functional teams on quality and reliability tools, processes, and best practices.**Ways to Stand Out**Must be a strong communicator with ability to influence stakeholder decisionPresent method/logic that demonstrates ability to handle multiple projects with a high degree of efficiency and productivity.Experience in DOE/Statistics (JMP) and any other data visualization tools such as Python, Power BI or related AI based automation is a big plus.**Functional Knowledge*** Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities**Business Expertise*** Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work**Leadership*** No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members**Problem Solving*** Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents**Impact*** Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies**Interpersonal Skills*** Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations**Additional Information****Time Type:**Full time**Employee Type:**Assignee / Regular**Travel:**Yes, 10% of the Time**Relocation Eligible:**NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
