We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Paraprofessional to join our educational team in Sacramento, CA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students and is passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive environment where every learner can succeed.

Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students in the classroom.
Assist teachers with instructional activities, classroom routines, and student supervision.
Support students with academic, behavioral, social, and communication needs.
Reinforce positive behavior and classroom expectations.
Help students develop independence and essential life and learning skills.
Monitor student participation and communicate observations to teachers and support staff.
Assist with transitions, activities, and other school-related responsibilities.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and encouraging classroom environment.
Protect student privacy and maintain professional confidentiality.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience working with children or students preferred.
Experience supporting students with special needs is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Patient, reliable, and compassionate approach.
Ability to follow teacher direction and individualized student support plans.
Ability to maintain professionalism in a school setting.
