Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Butler, IN , within the steel slitting industry, to hire a 1st Shift Forklift Operator .

Pay

$17.00/hour

Shift

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Overtime may be available as needed.

Job Responsibilities

Operate a forklift to safely move steel coils and materials
Move and weigh steel coils
Load steel coils onto trucks
Receive and organize incoming materials
Assist with packing and staging finished products
Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work area

Qualifications

Forklift experience required (certification not required)
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
Steel industry experience is a plus
Strong attention to safety and detail
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
