The ideal candidate is a licensed cosmetologist or barber with a passion for leadership, team development, and delivering exceptional customer service. As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily salon operations, coaching and developing team members, and helping create a positive, welcoming environment for both clients and employees. You'll partner closely with the Salon Manager to drive team success, strengthen salon culture, and achieve revenue goals. Key Responsibilities • Assist in managing and supervising daily salon operations • Provide coaching, support, and development to stylists and coordinators • Deliver an exceptional client experience and ensure customer satisfaction • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members • Support revenue growth and retail goals alongside the Salon Manager • Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, techniques, and products • Help foster a positive, professional, and team-focused culture Qualifications • Valid cosmetology or barber license • Previous salon leadership experience preferred • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • Knowledge of professional haircare and retail products • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Ready to Take the Next Step in Your Career?
