Senior Salesforce Developer

Salesforce DeveloperLooking for two Salesforce Developers to join a quickly growing team in a very established organization. Looking for mid-level experience, someone who is eager to learn and grow in their career. This is a hardcore development role. The required skills are Apex Coding, Lightning, and Sales Cloud experience. Salesforce certifications are required.Responsibilities:Responsible for the overall design of the functional Salesforce.com solution and for recommending best practice solution designs based on business needsContribute significantly to thought leadership across the platform including ideation and design of new acceleratorsFollow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitionsProvide hands-on, technical assistance Design elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving configuration of Salesforce and Managed Packages, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionalityDesign elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving configuration of Salesforce and Managed Packages, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionalityWhat we look for:Strong self-starter who is ready to jump in and create software which fully considers all aspects of performance, security, and reliabilityExcellent verbal and written communications skills-This role is heavily collaborative5 + years of total Salesforce development experience is requiredSalesforce Administrator & Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required; Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification preferred.Solid experience with building Lighting Web Components, Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce Lightning Aura Components and writing SOQL queries.Ability to build batch apex, schedulable apex, queueable apex.In-depth knowledge of the basic capabilities of the Salesforce platform and products (especially Sales Cloud), including an understanding of the data model, integration capabilities, development and maintenance best practices, as well as the pros and cons of the available tools and frameworks.Must be familiar with one trigger framework, error logging framework, test data factory.Hands on experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, web services, JAVA, CSS, HTML, Lightning Web Components is requiredAbility to build REST / SOAP webservices and consume REST/ SOAP APIPrior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is strongly preferredExperience with Agile Management tools (e.g., Teams) and working in AGILE delivery modelExperience communicating and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, creating technical design documentsStrong oral and written communication, decision making and problem solving skillsPlatform Developer I certification requiredRequired Skills : Salesforce Heavy Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, web services, JAVA, CSS, HTML, Lightning Web Components is required Platform Dev.
