What You’ll Do:

• You'll spend your days engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist them with their inquiries.
• You'll handle incoming leads and ensure they are followed up promptly and effectively.
• You'll provide information about our products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
• You'll collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• You'll maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

• BDC and customer service experience is required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with automotive products and services is a plus.
• Nice to Have: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
