Job Title: Server Location: Perennial on Lockwood About Us Perennial on Lockwood is a neighborhood-focused brewpub in Webster Groves, Missouri. We run a scratch kitchen led by Executive Chef Cameron Settle, serving dishes prepared with carefully sourced, seasonal ingredients. We’re equally proud of our craft beer program, with most of our offerings made on-site by Brewer Chris Kinast. Our mission is to deliver genuine hospitality, pair exceptional food, beer, and craft cocktails, while doing it in a welcoming environment for all. Who we need The sun is shining and our beautiful patio is open and always packed with guests! We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced Servers to join our team for patio season. In this role, you’ll help create memorable experiences for our guests, guiding them through our rotating menu of seasonal dishes and brews. If you love connecting with people, embracing a fast-paced environment, and sharing your thoughts with guests about craft beer and cocktails, this position is for you! What You’ll Do Warmly welcome guests, provide attentive service, and create a positive dining experience from start to finish. Clearly communicate daily menu changes, brewing highlights, and seasonal specialties. Recommend and sell craft beers; maintain an up-to-date knowledge of beer varieties, flavor profiles, and possible food pairings. Support the entire service team by assisting with side-work, running food, and ensuring the dining room and patio are presentable at all times. Collaborate with our kitchen and brewery teams to stay informed about ingredient sourcing, beer releases, and special events. Uphold Perennial’s standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism in a high-volume setting. Proactive & Efficient: You’re at ease balancing multiple tables in a fast-paced service and always look for ways to elevate the guest experience. Detail-Oriented & Committed: You take pride in providing exceptional service while following high standards of allergy-awareness, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety. Scheduling Flexible schedules with weekday, weekend, and evening availability needed—especially during peak patio season. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Competitive tipped compensation. Current server effective hourly rate with tips is $30.70.
