License Practical Nurse (LPN) - Chicago, Illinois

Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments timely and according to policy
Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders
Follow established procedure for charting and reporting all reports of incidents/accidents (patients & employees)
Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician, and family
Supervise nursing assistants and provide direct care to patients
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
