This role involves caring for neonatal through young adult patients with congenital heart disease, post surgical repair, heart failure, arrhythmias, transplant, and VAD. The position requires a minimum of 18 months of Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care experience and offers opportunity to work with a diverse patient population. Job Details Shift: Nights, with a shift duration of 12 hours Schedule: The minimum hours per week are 36.0 Start Date: 09/27/2026 End Date: 12/26/2026 Required Qualifications: 18 months minimum Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care experience; Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS Preferred Qualifications: None specified Float: Float: Float rotation may be required. Additional Information: Nurse to patient ratio varies by shift: 1:1, 1:2 for ICU status, and 1:3 for stepdown or overflow units. The unit is a 24-bed Pediatric cardiac ICU with an additional 12-bed overflow unit specializing in congenital heart disease, post surgical repair, and transplant care for neonatal through young adult patients, including occasional adult CHD patients. Candidates must complete Ascension skills checklist, submit ascension resume, licensed and professional reference verification, and ascension profile as part of the application process.
