Job Description
We are seeking a Nevada licensed associate attorney with 0–3 years of litigation experience who is motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to take on meaningful responsibility early in their career.
This position offers substantial hands-on experience in every stage of probate and trust litigation, including:
- Legal research and analysis
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Court appearances and hearing preparation
- Trial preparation and attendance
- Client communication and strategy discussions
- Working directly with partners on complex litigation matters
The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills, excellent attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Full-Time Position
Salary: $90,000-$105,000 Base Pay DOE, plus Bonuses
