Respiratory Therapist

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification
• RRT certification
• Experience in adult critical care
• Experience in the emergency department

Assignment Details

• 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 3 shifts per week
• Every other weekend required
• Rotation between acute care and long-term care required
• Experience with ABG sampling, ventilator management, patient assessment, and pulmonary hygiene
• Experience with Hamilton Vent, Servo-U Vent, NKV330, AIRVO2, Dream Machines, and V30s
