Administrative Secretary - Technology Department
Pickerington Local School District (PLSD) is seeking qualified candidates for consideration of employment for an Administrative Secretary - Technology Department position. This is a 12-month position. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED equivalency, previous secretarial office experience, expert-user skill-level in creation and use of databases, spreadsheets, word processing and the full range of Microsoft Office Suite products, data entry and records management, excellent organizational and communication skills both orally and in written communication, experience with a wide range of office equipment, a typing speed of at least 40 wpm with accuracy and proper use of grammar, the ability to maintain and respect confidential information and situations, flexibility and adaptability to changing situations, and the ability to assist supervisor in creating a safe, positive and confidential working environment. Must work well with students, staff, community members and parents of diverse populations. Interested applicants must complete the on-line application and attach a resume.
