Cultivation Technician

Job Title: Cultivation Technician Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Status: Full-Time Pay Range: Starting at $17.00 hourly Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm (occasional overtime on weekends) POSITION SUMMARY Flow Distribution is seeking a Cultivation Technician to support daily plant care and cultivation operations from clone to harvest. This is a hands‑on, active role working directly with plants in a team‑driven environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in attention to detail, and is interested in gaining experience in large‑scale cannabis cultivation. Technicians play a key role in maintaining plant health, supporting harvests, and keeping cultivation areas clean and organized. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS Assist with daily plant care including pruning, transplanting, watering, trellising, and defoliation Support harvest activities alongside post‑harvest team Move plants and materials throughout the facility Maintain clean, organized cultivation rooms and equipment Follow SOPs to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Reliable and consistent attendance Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Team‑oriented with a positive attitude Ability to follow direction and work efficiently Must be 21+ with valid Arizona ID WHY JOIN US?
