Physical Therapist

Schedule: Day Shift; 10 hours, 40 hours a week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 8 weeks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in physical therapy, or a related field
• One to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver's license in California when travel is required
• AHA BLS certification required
• Current California Physical Therapy license, or eligible for registration
• Experience with EMR systems EPIC and Cerner

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patient needs and goals for therapy
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and family members about treatment, recovery, and preventative care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
