Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - New Bedford, PA

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity with excellent pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes with great mileage potential and performance bonuses. Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks, no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting times. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings are $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with the potential for 3,000 miles weekly for dedicated drivers. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days.
