Full Time Position

The Chiropractic Assistant supports Chiropractors as part of a patient care team to ensure efficient clinic operations and quality patient care. Responsibilities include escorting patients to exam rooms, obtaining and documenting vital signs in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), gathering patient history information, assisting with chiropractic exams and treatments, preparing and stocking exam rooms, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, assisting with referrals, and providing follow-up communication with patients. The Chiropractic Assistant also supports patient education, maintains professionalism and confidentiality, participates in trainings and meetings, and delivers excellent customer service to patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Medical Assistant (MA) training program required
• Current CPR certification required
• One year of Chiropractic Assistant experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push up to 100 pounds (on wheels)
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach throughout the workday
• Manual dexterity and adequate vision and hearing required for patient care and documentation duties
