If you have prior military service or government contracting experience, are proud to serve and support our nation, and want to help support ProSync's mission to "Define and Redefine the State of Possible,” please apply today!RESPONSIBILITIESA Junior-Level Operations Security Specialist will be tasked with the following:Support OPSEC activities designed to protect sensitive and mission-critical information.Assist with identifying critical information, vulnerabilities, and potential indicators that could be exploited by adversaries.Support security assessments, inspections, and compliance reviews.Assist in maintaining OPSEC documentation, reports, plans, and program records.Monitor operational activities to help ensure compliance with established security policies and procedures.Support OPSEC awareness initiatives, training events, and educational programs.Research security guidance and assist with implementing OPSEC controls and mitigation measures.Coordinate with security personnel, program teams, and government stakeholders to support operational security requirements.Assist with incident reporting, documentation, and corrective action tracking.Prepare reports, briefings, and administrative documentation supporting security operations.Help identify risks associated with operational activities and provide recommendations to senior personnel.RequirementsLess than three (3) years of experience supporting security, military operations, intelligence, compliance, risk management, or related disciplines.Basic understanding of security principles and operational security concepts.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.Ability to work under the direction of senior security professionals.Must hold an active IAT/IAM Level II certification. (i.e. Security+, CySA+, SSCP, GICSP, GSEC, CND, CCNA Security, CASP+/SecurityX, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCNP Security, CCSP, etc.) A minimum Top Secret security clearance or higher with SAP/SAR eligibility is required to be considered for this position.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSA Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university (OR) an Associate’s Degree plus 4 years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted.
