JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association (be sure to include the AHA logo and QR Code).
• De-escalation or crisis prevention training certificate may be required prior to first shift.
• Minimum of 1-year full-time experience as an inpatient Behavioral Health RN within the last year.
• Strong ability to provide age appropriate patient care which addresses biological, emotional, developmental, psychosocial, and patient/family educational needs.
• Must show competency managing a behavioral health assignment with patients in crisis that may also have potential underlying comorbidities.
• Experience verifying the correct administration of medications.
