Job Description Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Skills & Experience: Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, records management, healthcare, insurance, or customer service preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to work independently while following established procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities: Candidate will ensure the accurate and efficient management of sensitive patient and claim information in enrollment and grievance processes Data Collection and Input: Gathering and accurately entering patient and plan member information into healthcare enrollment and grievance tracking systems. Document Management: Organizing, maintaining, and reviewing physical and electronic records and forms, ensuring completion, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Appeals and Grievances Management: Handling incoming requests. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, including HIPAA, ACA, CMS guidelines, and state regulations related to enrollment, appeals, and grievances.
