Employee Benefits Quarterly Bonuses Based on Attendance Competitive Pay Rates with shift differentials Health, Dental & Vision Insurance – full coverage for you and your family 401(k) Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Continuing Education & Advancement Opportunities Supportive Management Employee Engagement Programs Who We’re Looking For You care deeply about the well‑being of others You’re dependable, compassionate, and a team player You hold valid certification/licensure You want to work somewhere that feels like home LPN/RN Core Responsibilities Consult and coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Prepare and administer medications orally, subcutaneously, or via IV, and record prescribed medication administrations Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with policy Record patients’ medical information and vital signs Monitor and adjust specialized equipment and interpret electronic displays Initiate corrective action when a patient displays adverse symptomatology Provide bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs Prepare equipment and assist the physician during examination and treatment Respond to life‑saving situations based on nursing standards and protocol Participate in discharge planning Utilize time‑management skills Record all care information concisely, accurately, and completely in a timely manner Perform other position‑related duties as assigned, depending on the setting LPN/RN Requirements Current RN/LPN license in the state At least one year of LPN or RN experience in a long‑term care setting preferred Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred
