Job Summary: As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they walk in the door. You'll work closely with our medical team to manage administrative tasks, ensure seamless patient flow, and provide top-notch customer service. Responsibilities:- Greet patients professionally and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage patient schedules and optimize provider availability
- Verify insurance eligibility and process payments with accuracy
- Maintain accurate records and inventory
- Anticipate patient needs and provide reassurance
- Collaborate with our medical team to ensure efficient patient care

- Ability to multitask and remain focused while managing a high-volume, time-sensitive workload
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 years' experience in a medical related field
