Project Operations Manager

Leading multi-site physical move operations, the full-time Outsourced Project Operations Manager will manage end-to-end project execution, maintain compliance with federal security standards, and build operational teams while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and operational SOPs Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership during multi-site move operations Assist in hiring, onboarding, and direct management of project team members and site leads Required qualifications 5+ years of experience managing complex, end-to-end project operations Strong knowledge of KPI tracking, SOP development, and chain-of-custody protocols Proven ability to manage multi-site projects and maintain client relationships Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required Must be able to pass a Federal Clearance
