Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - FL School Based

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) Opportunity

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide school-based therapy services in a public school special education setting. We welcome candidates passionate about helping students succeed through speech and language support services. CF supervision is available and fully compliant with ASHA and state guidelines.

This onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP) role exists to help Pre-K5 students find their clearest voice in a public school special education setting (Land O Lakes/Holiday area) for the 20262027 school year. Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluate and treat articulation, language, fluency, and voice needs
• Create and carry out therapy plans tied to IEP goals
• Write measurable goals/objectives and monitor progress
• Support students using AAC tools and strategies when needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff
• Complete documentation and follow school/state requirements

Required qualifications/skills:

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology (accredited program)
• Active FL SLP license (or eligibility in progress)
• CCC-SLP welcomed; CF-SLP welcomed with supervision available

You're on campus for 7-hour school days within a 35-hour week. The morning starts with a quick scan of your schedule, then you're moving between therapy spaces and classrooms-sometimes a quiet table session, sometimes a lively hallway transition with a student practicing "just one more sound."

Between groups, you'll have pockets of time to prep materials, update notes, and check in with staff about what's working in class. Some days include a meeting block where you talk progress and next steps with the team. By the final bell, you've stacked small, meaningful moments into a day that feels busy-but unmistakably student-centered.
