Skills to job search, creating resumes and ability to conduct mock interview
Experience working with Adults with disabilities

Job coach helps individuals improve job skills.
Develop coaching and assist with goal setting.
Teach and train to support job tasks
A person who is patient, has great communication skills and is coachable; is a great fit for this position.
