Salesforce DevSecOps Program Manager

Seeking a full-time Salesforce DevSecOps Program Manager, the candidate will manage CI/CD strategy, optimize deployment pipelines, and ensure secure delivery across the Salesforce development lifecycle while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Harness.io for Salesforce metadata deployments Implement and maintain integrations with notification systems and source control platforms Define and execute the DevSecOps roadmap to enhance deployment speed and reliability Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline Minimum of eleven (11) years of professional work experience in DevSecOps environments Proven experience with Salesforce deployment tools and managing low-code/no-code platforms At least three (3) years of experience with Harness.io or similar DevSecOps tools Proficiency in Python (3.9+) and Bash/shell scripting for automation and pipeline execution
