Wealth Management Advisor

Compensation: 150k-200k base + Performance Bonus + New Business Incentive (10-25%) Our client - a growing, faith-driven family office based in the Golden, CO area - is adding a Wealth Advisor to their team. This firm serves a select group of entrepreneurs, business owners, and multi-generational families with an average net worth north of $40 million, delivering integrated planning across investments, tax strategy, estate planning, philanthropy, and family governance. This isn't a production-driven sales seat - it's an opportunity to become a trusted, long-term advisor to extraordinary families, working inside a values-led, endowment-style investment philosophy rather than a trade-driven one. Why this role? Step into an established book. You won't be asked to build a client base from scratch - you'll inherit relationships and go deep, not wide. Work alongside firm leadership. Close, hands-on collaboration with the founder and a tight-knit, high-trust team. Be the quarterback. Coordinate investments, tax, estate, and philanthropic planning for each family, partnering with their outside CPAs and attorneys. Join a genuinely values-first culture.
